Do I need to take supplements?

Not everyone does. We base supplementation recommendations on blood test results, not advertising. The most common essentials are vitamin D, magnesium, and iron — everything else depends on individual needs.

Can a sports dietitian help me lose weight?

Yes — reducing body fat while preserving muscle mass is one of our most common consultations. The key is an appropriate caloric deficit calibrated to your training load.
