If trying for 12+ months (or 6 months if over 35) — time to investigate. Infertility affects ~15% of couples and is treatable in most cases.
Our diagnostics
- Female hormonal panel (FSH, LH, oestradiol, progesterone, AMH, prolactin, TSH)
- Ovarian reserve ultrasound (AFC)
- Ovulation monitoring (3–4 serial scans)
- Tubal patency — saline infusion sonography (SIS) or HSG referral
- Diagnostic hysteroscopy
- Partner investigation — semen analysis
Treatment
- Ovulation induction
- Causal treatment (hormonal correction, endometriosis, hysteroscopy)
- IUI in collaboration with fertility centre
- IVF/ICSI qualification — we collaborate with Warsaw centres and continue pregnancy care
